Erik Lindberg founded the firm in 2018 after 15 years at McKinsey and BCG. The premise was simple: mid-size companies deserve the same quality of strategic advice that large corporations get, delivered by people who understand the realities of smaller, faster-moving organizations.
Too much consulting produces impressive presentations and little actual change. We take a different approach. We work alongside your team, in your meetings, with your people, until the new way of working is the natural way of working.
Our clients are typically companies with 50 to 500 employees going through growth, restructuring, or digital transformation. They need a partner who can think strategically and execute practically.

Founding Partner
Erik founded Lindberg & Partners in 2018 after 15 years at McKinsey and BCG. He specializes in organizational strategy and works primarily with CEOs and executive teams navigating complex growth transitions. Erik holds an MBA from Stockholm School of Economics.
Sara Bergström
Partner
Sara leads our leadership development practice. With a background in organizational psychology and over a decade of executive coaching experience, she designs programs that build lasting leadership capability. She is a certified ICF Professional Certified Coach.
Marcus Johansson
Senior Consultant
Marcus focuses on change management and digital transformation. Before joining the firm, he spent eight years in operational roles at two of Sweden's fastest-growing technology companies, giving him firsthand understanding of the challenges growing organizations face.
Lina Pettersson
Consultant
Lina specializes in workshop facilitation and team dynamics. She brings energy and structure to complex group conversations, helping leadership teams move from discussion to decision. She holds a Master's in Organizational Behavior from Lund University.
